And if you have more than one dog, that’s fine too – they’re part of the family. There are plenty of dog-friendly walks, attractions and places to eat and drink around Clawford Lakes. For dog walks, we are close to Tressilick Gardens within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. If you are looking for a peaceful walk with your four legged companion, you must visit Bedruthan Steps. With a variety of trails to help you find the ideal walk, you’ll return to Clawford Lakes feeling refreshed.
After a day of fresh air and exercise with the dog, what better way to unwind than in your own private hot tub? When you stay in one of our hot tub lodges or apartments, it’s the perfect way to end the day. As the dog settles down on the decking or inside your cosy accommodation, you can sink into the bubbles and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature around you as you watch the sun set. When night falls, enjoy the sheer bliss of stargazing from your hot tub, with a drink in your hand and a contended dog fast asleep inside. That’s how a dog-friendly holiday in Devon should be!

The good folk at the charity, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, also love dogs and bring much needed support and freedom to deaf people with their trained dogs. We’re so impressed with what they do that we have partnered with them to help raise funds for their work. For every holiday booking that includes a dog, we donate £5.00 to Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.
