The Lake Pod Plus enjoys a bigger footprint than the standard Lake Pod and offers stylish studio accommodation with the comforts and convenience of a traditional lodge. Perched right on the water’s edge, they’re easily reached by well-marked pathways. All the estate’s facilities are within easy reach, whilst maintaining the tranquillity you want from waterside accommodation. Enjoy simple yet stylish single floor living, with an open plan living and dining area plus fully fitted kitchen complete with standard size oven, microwave, hob and fridge (with freezer compartment.) The bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the giant glass wall and private decking provide fantastic views over the lake.

For keen Anglers, you can fish straight from your deck! [The fishing gates can be securely locked when not in use]. With 17 lakes and some of the best carp fishing Devon and Cornwall have to offer, this could be one of your most memorable fishing trips ever. Spectacular sea fishing at Bude is also just half an hour away.

Our Lake Pod Plus are studio style and can sleep 2 either in separate twin beds or 1 super king bed (please select a bed configuration when booking.) The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Please note – fishing passes must be purchased at time of booking or at resort if you would like to fish during your stay.
