An 80 acre estate, in an amazing location close to two National Parks and the stunning Devon & Cornish coast, all make Clawford Lakes the perfect place to enjoy summer holidays, and easter holidays. Or just get away from it all for some serious fishing! You may find it hard to imagine that all this is around 20 minutes from the A30 Exeter to Bodmin road, making us as close as 4hrs from central London, 3.5hrs from the centre of Birmingham and 2hrs 40 mins from Cardiff.

Travelling from the M5

Merge onto the A30 towards Okehampton. After 35 miles, take the exit toward Broadwoodwidger/Bratton Clovelly/Stowford. After 5 miles at the T junction, turn left then immediately right towards Clawton and Holsworthy. Clawford Lakes is 4.6 miles on your left.

Travelling From Barnstaple/Bideford areas

Follow sat nav or signs to Holsworthy until you get to the Brandis Corner junction. Turn right onto the A3072 and continue straight for approximately 2.5 miles until you see a brown sign for Clawford Vineyard taking a left turn at the crossroads. Continue to follow the signs for the vineyard which will take you to Clawford Lakes.
